delete section/topic shouldn't be a one-click event #97

In edit_topic mode, deleting section/topic is a one-click event. This could lead to unintented deletions.

We could use a confirmation box, but people mindlessly press the "OK" button a lot of times. Some extreme security like the one github has for deleting a repository will be great!
