命令行下 -h 与 --help 的行为不同 #21

在命令行下输入 opencc --help 
会输入一个完整的帮助信息，但是输入 opencc -h 并不会显示。

OpenCC 0.3.0 （从源码安装）

Linux Deepin Precise (daily live, 基于 Ubuntu Precise) amd64
