Add boxscoresummaryv2 endpoint
Update the rest of the boxscore endpoints to use v2
Fix the boxscore issues discussed in #44

@mwilliammyers you are funny guys. you ccing what I did here https://github.com/seemethere/nba_py/pull/48 - it is also fix for CI build where you uni tests failling - ps if you don't like commits from community please make this repo private
