Has version 2.0 already been released?

I am a bit confused because the Play Store on my phone shows "2.0" as version number and lists as new features exactly what you mentioned in the description of this pull request:

However, viewing the Play Store in the browser (even on the same smartphone) shows "1.4" as version number. Though in both cases it shows that the app was last updated on Mar 30, 2023, even though version 1.4 had already been released last year. Or does the "Updated on" in the Play Store maybe refer to some metadata and not the app itself?

Is this a staged rollout? Could you please shed some light on this?

It's a staged roll-out managed by the Google Play Store. Currently there are about 50% of all users that got the new update. We will merge this when the roll-out has completed and we did not find any bugs that need to be fixed.
