Firmware updated brcmfmac43455 Version 7.45.189 #303

Looks like the firmware for this chip on the RPI3B+ has been updated.

Not sure what's involved, but this might solve some of the outstanding issues with this chip.

Any updates on this? Causing a major issue for me as outlined in #280
