Surface 0 registered unsuccessful

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Calibrations and everything else goes perfect
2. but no surface is produced when drawn
3.-

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I need the surface box but I cant see it. 

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
windows 8, the latest version available on your download

What are you building with Ubi Displays?
just a normal touch application using your own library files

Please provide any additional information below.
none. need a fix asap. kindly help me. its for a project.

Hey -- things to check:
- Are you using a projector mapped to the same space?
- Does it work with the Ubi Displays sample content?

Have you had any more luck? I can't duplicate this error.  Without more 
information I'm going to mark it as invalid.
