Pinot is behaving differently in Python vs CLI #42

When pushing a project through PIPE it isn't able to process it even though when I manually run pinot in the same folder it's referencing it will work.

CLASSPATH was not visible by python yet visible by the shell. The path to rt.jar is added to CONFIG.py
