Battery charge limit broken #3140

What's wrong?

Before updating to version 0.190, the 60%, 80%, 100% battery charge limit is working.

  1. After I manually update to version 0.190. I set the battery charge limit to 60% and reboot. It's go back to 80%.
  2. when I set the slider to 60%, it jump back to 80%.

How to reproduce the bug?
