@PedGit025 hello, do fn+f2/f3 brightness adjustment work for you? i see in a log you tried to press them a lot. They are handled not by g-helper even but by runing Asus Optimizatin Service (so they should work without any app at all). Is the service running?

@PedGit025 also taking into consideration that backlight doesn't work for you using asus own apps, most probably it's something on your hardware level. As from log it's clear that app sends all "commands" to set backlight, and they are event accepted.

Does it work on OpenRGB? if not, does it work on tuf aura core??

PedGit025 commented 1 year ago

apologies for late reply, i found the issue that @seerge mentioned the cable was not plug in from MOBO BUT after i also noticed that fn + arrow keys and fn + f10 does not work exclusively does g helper cause this? or is it because asus wants me to install myasus and or crate? anyway i dont mind not having f10 and fn + arrow keys now that g helper works. thanks for your suggestion

G helper worked!

@PedGit025 hello. Glad it wored out.

FN+arrow keys are not controlled programmatically, they are just shortcupts for page up / page down / home / end keys on your keyboard (you may try to run https://www.randyrants.com/category/sharpkeys/ and see if they indeed do so)

As for touchpad toggle (FN+F10), can you check this version (may be on very old TUF's it's different) GHelper.zip
