It stops at 30% while setting it up #59

I directly ran the "git clone" thing to download but when I run 1.3.0 and when I try to click start tor it stops increasing at 30% Please help me

do you run exe file or source code with python ? do you tried Bridge mode as well ? can you attach log files ?

I just double clicked to the exe file and i clicked tor server start. Just this. And also it's not giving an error it's just stopping at 30%

there is a possibility that your internet provider blocking TOR network, try to use Bridge mode in settings.. double click exe, go to Options then Settings, and there select Bridge instead of direct. Click Save and try again start tor server.

It's stopping at 2% with bridge

then something is preventing you to connect tor network, maybe isp, maybe your firewall. try delete all bridge addresses in file Tor\bridges.txt and insert new bridge addresses from https://bridges.torproject.org/bridges?transport=obfs4
