Hyperlinks in UG are not relative to the file, but rather lead to the live website version #10

As you can see in the bottom left of the screen as I am hovering over it, the link leads to the live UG hosted on github

Might be because you used Microsoft's save to pdf instead of Chrome's native one

Description

Links in the PDF DG and UG do not work. I believe this is because the use of {:toc} binds the direct links to the parts of the webpage, which does not work in the PDF.

Reason for severity

Severity is low because I just have to manually scroll through everything.
