Update mentee FAQ with new questions and answers

Purpose

The purpose of this PR is to fix #134

Goals

The goal of this PR is to update the mentee FAQ section to include new questions and answers as specified in the issue. This will provide clearer information to prospective mentees about the program.

Approach

Edited the MenteeFAQs.json file to add the new FAQ entries. Added the following questions and answers: Q: Is this a free program? A: Yes, this is a free program. Q: Who can apply for ScholarX? A: While anyone can apply for ScholarX, priority will be given to undergraduates.
