The current mentee model lacks the ability to showcase mentees' media content and achievements, limiting the platform's capacity to highlight mentee growth and accomplishments.

Create user interfaces for mentees to manage their media content and achievements, and display this information on mentee and mentor profiles.
[ ] Create a new section in the mentee dashboard for managing media and achievements
[ ] Implement a form for adding new media/achievement entries
Include fields for type (media/achievement), title, description, and URL (for media)
[ ] Create a list view of existing media and achievements with options to edit and delete
[ ] Implement edit functionality for existing media and achievements
[ ] Add a confirmation dialog for deleting entries
[ ] Update the mentee profile page to display media and achievements
Implement a sectioned view to separate media and achievements
[ ] Ensure all new UI components are responsive and accessible
[ ] Add proper error handling and user feedback for all operations
