Describe the bug In Home page "Apply" button is not visible

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

1. Go to Home page
2. Click on "Apply" button
3. When user is hover that button then it will visible
4. See error

Expected behavior That "Apply" button need to visible clearly Screenshots
