Update the installation guide #1

The current installation guide is outdated because we switched from Just the Docs to Docusaurus recently. The purpose of this PR is to update the installation guide.

PS: You might wonder why this issue doesn't have an issue number. Creating issues is not mandatory for the handbook proposals. It is described here.

If you are proposing a change to the handbook, whenever possible, skip the issue and submit a pull request. (Proposing a change via a pull request is preferred over an issue description). Mention the people that are affected by the change in the pull request. In many cases, pull requests are easier to collaborate on since you can see the proposed changes.

However, it is okay to create issues for development tasks and to track todos.
