Implement COHORT filters with new API (With Dynamic Checkboxes) #1504

Describe the bug We have to update the COHORT filters based on the new API. We have to dynamically render checkbox elements.

Expected behavior Functional COHORT filters. Dynamic rendering of checkboxes based on the data source updates.
