Describe the bug Currently, the footer thematic break in the scholarx archive page is sticked to the copyright and footer links

To Reproduce Steps to reproduce the behavior:

  1. Go to 'https://sefglobal.org/scholarx/archive/'
  2. Scroll down to 'footer'
  3. See error

Expected behavior Fix the footer thematic break in scholarx archive page
