controls for the new pulse generator #4

Open pavel-demin opened 6 years ago

Hi Will,

I've added a pulse generator to the MCPHA application. It outputs exponentially decaying pulses with configurable amplitude distribution, pulse rate and rise/fall times. The new commands are added with this commit.

Would you be interested to add some controls for the new pulse generator to your web application?

Best regards,

Pavel

Hi Pavel, I would be keen to add that, but unfortunately I don't have access to a Red Pitaya right now. If I get ahold of another one in the future, though I'll try to add it. Regards, -Will

Good morning Will,

I entered this discussion as a few months ago I supported Pavel in the project related to the intoduction of impulse generation.

If you were still interested in preparing a web interface to drive the pulse generator, I could get you a red pitaya card so you can work on it.

More generally, we would certainly be interested in collaborating with you on possible red pitaya implementations.

I thank you in advance.

Hi Mario, Thank you so much for reaching out. Very sorry for the slow reply – I have just been moving and am starting at a new university. While in normally I would be interested, unfortunately I currently don’t have the time or access to an electronics lab. Please do keep me updated on your work now and in the future through. I will most likely be doing some electronics work again next fall and might be able to collaborate with you then.

All the best, Will Thompson
