updates, linters/formaters & more columns #20

Hey @sefrijn i've just updated all packages, added the linters and formaters and the columns - as i already posted there is the problem with the syncfusion/ej2-vue-navigations package which states it needs to be purchased. best next step would be to replace that package i think

One thing: appFooter, appHeader, audioPlayer and browser.vue are all Lowercase again instead of Uppercase from your last commit #16

As stated here #18 I will add my license key to SyncFusion so the app can keep using it and use newest version.

I have also created a new branch "development" that we can merge your updates in. I think more safe then to merge directly into master.

I haven't got much experience in working together on Github, being a solo freelance developer ;)

i am happy to help. moving the development to a dev branch is a good idea, we do the same in the agency i work in even when we mostly use twig and bootstrap there instead of vue and tailwind.

looks like the conflicts are not the renaming but the formating with eslint/prettier.

p.s.: also great news about SyncFusion! 👍🏻
