update and fixes portuguese localization #38

Since this is basically a complete rewrite, what was actually wrong with the original one?

there were some stuff that the translation didn't had the same context as the original

for example, "Usar mira de aço" which is like "Use Steel Sight" and might cause confusion on player's head about "aiming steel sight", because if you translate what exactly is written, it won't carry the context that the English loc has, I just translated into a simply "Mirar", yeah, just this it will make everything clear, this is like the most common issue I've saw in some translations, even my old stuff had this issue lol

the crosshair has the same translation as "Mira", I couldn't find a better translation for this, but it should work, as far as I could see, some people refer crosshair as "Mira"

also, I translated the new text :p
