Integrate profile UI with backend server #12

This PR changes the UI to utilize the new endpoints created by this main repo PR, which must be merged before this PR can be.

Closes #8

(Additional note: As of PR creation, the profile picture updating does not yet work, but the front-end should not need to change to accomodate any server-side fixes to this issue.)
