Stream variants treated as separate stations #65

Hi, some streams have hi-quality mp3, low-quality mp3, ogg, etc variants. Right now when I search them, eg "deutschlandfunk" they are displayed as if they are 4 unrelated radio stations. It would be great if they were display only as one or if radiodroid would itself pick the best variant (perhaps as set in some preferences). Right now the problem is that "Deutschlandfunk mp3 128bit" is shown in the poppular list on rank 1, but if I prefer the .ogg stresam I have to explicitely search for the radio station.

@spaetz This is related to these entries in #18

- [ ] add a "low bitrate" flag, or "bitrate" field to the station data
- [ ] add user option "Low bitrate streams only"

Your idea, to add the click counts (for a station) is fine. However, I want be able to separately bookmark different streams of a station (example, lowest bitrate OGG and HQ MP3 for dradio).

The rest is related, but "off topic" when being strict:

By the way, the list of all streams dradio, dr-wissen, dlf is

and there is also

I am currently analysing a certain problem with respect to an Android problem of the *.m3u and the direct streams of dradio.

Hey wikinaut, thanks for your feedback. Being able to bookmark a specific stream variant sounds good to me. However, I want to be able to easily discover the different alternatives. So when I search for e.g. "Deutschlandfunk", it would be best to get one search result, which can be expanded(?) and which would then show different alternatives from OGG over MP3 and FLAC in high and low alternatives.

Part of the solution is perhaps on the server side of things here (I am not sure how stream alternatives are currently saved there).

Yes: +1 from my side.

It's possible to add feature "choose stream quality" like audials?
