Test stream URL when adding #93

I've just added a radio station (CKDU 88.1 Dalhousie) and the entry is showing up in searches, but I can't stream via the website or radio droid. The URL I entered is working just fine.

I have no idea what is wrong, but a button on the new station page to test the stream likely would have prevented me from submitting a broken entry.

I'm realizing this probably makes more sense in the general radiobrowser repo and have opened an issue there.
