stream change for Deutschlandradio Kultur #201

These (currently dead) streams changed:

422 | Deutschlandfunk Kultur [OGG Vorbis 33kbit/s] | 467 | Deutschlandfunk Kultur [OGG Vorbis 56kbit/s]

they are Opus streams now:

Opus 24kbit/s: https://st02.sslstream.dlf.de/dlf/02/low/opus/stream.opus Opus 64kbit/s: https://st02.sslstream.dlf.de/dlf/02/high/opus/stream.opus

In addition there are also AAC streams now:

AAC 96 kbit/s: https://st02.sslstream.dlf.de/dlf/02/mid/aac/stream.aac

AAC 48 kbit/s: https://st02.sslstream.dlf.de/dlf/02/low/aac/stream.aac

seems like those issues may stay open for a while. I just added the new opus streams as new stations. Is there any way to actually help you edit and maintain the database?
