add `userId` option #29

so people can choose to identify users by the WP userId or username in addition to the email which is the current standard

+1 (except not username) i think its a dupe of this: https://github.com/segmentio/analytics-wordpress/issues/9

talked with justin about it though, so i think he's got this on his list for next ones
