Dry Levels and added custom formatters. #3

dried a little
removed 2 levels
added caller
added possibility to set custom format (i.e. tabbed/csv like)
added conditionals logs Errorif, Panicif, Fatalif

merged a few manually for now since they wouldn't apply. I wouldn't mind adding the formatting function back but not a huge deal for us ATM at least. Thanks!
