Socrates Print Stylesheet #21

Added a print section to the socrates stylesheet. Makes it print without the 'write' section, so it's more like a document that way. Also does normal html5 boilerplate stuff to links, colors, and so on. Looks pretty good with text content--I haven't tested with videos, images, etc.

For some reason it changed all of the rectangle chars. Something with encoding or some other fancy smart thing, I don't know.
