loading indicator #28

Sometimes it is really hard to see if the document is empty or loading slowly due to latency. So you have to wait 5-10 seconds or more before touching it.

A loading indicator would be really helpful

if you ever want to check out the current state, i've been pushing it all to the component branch. some things are really broken still tho haha
