add support for monthly spend (parity with server-side integration) #1

Noticed that over there you're using a monthlySpend trait to populate revenue -- can we add that on client side tracking as well so that we have parity before adding that to docs?

When adding this can we also add support for mapping the revenue field, if present on a call, to the "monetary amount" price parameter?

Seems like it would be worth adding both in one fell swoop.
