[Doc site] Filter on Colors page does not work

Looks like typing in the filter bar for the Colors page (https://evergreen.segment.com/foundations/colors) doesn't actually do anything.

I'm actually not seeing this locally or on the prod doc site now.. 🤔 Going to close out until I can reproduce it again
