1 year ago @monica-gonzalez-padilla Under the section that lists the steps for creating a Twilio account and generating an API key, Step 5 says Set the region to United States (US1) - Default and key type to Main.
Is that what you're referring to? or does it need to be set somewhere else during Twilio SMS setup?

Set up Twilio SMS The Twilio API key must be type= main, not standard. This is not specified in the documentation. If it is not type= main, then you can not connect Twilio to Segment Engage.
