Add links in the Navigation Pane

I would like to have links in the "Navigation" section of the side pane. Screenshot 2023-08-23 at 1 39 01 PM

I switched over to the Read-the-docs theme and was able to add links to the navigation by inserting a .. toctree:: in the index.rst file that said:

.. toctree::
   :caption: Package Documentation
   :maxdepth: 2
   :hidden:

   install
   cometspy

Which gave me:
