Print progression messages from COMETS while it is running #43

When I run a COMETS simulation on the SCC (in a conda environment) I get no growth when I know I should, i.e. image

I think this is because something (e.g. gurobi) is not correctly installed or set up, but I don't get any errors.

Ilija says to help avoid this to print the progress messages that COMETS prints (its standard output).

Did you ever get a solution to this problem? I have a similar issue
