What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. dokanctl.exe /u c
What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
C drive is unmounted, even though it is not provided by Dokan. Furthermore,
since all handles to files on the C drive are lost, the user cannot remount
the drive, and (mostly) all programs crash. dokanctl should throw an error
when the user tries to do something stupid like this.
What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Version 0.4.2 on Windows XP Professional SP3.
