Unhandled Exception on Exit After SSH Connection is Lost #150

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Connect to SSH server and mount drive.
2. Kill SSH server (or make the connection drop some other way)
3. Right click on Dokan icon in the system tray and select Exit.
4. The Unhandled Exception message will now appear (see contents below).

Also, if the "Continue" button is clicked in the error dialog, the
DokanSSHFS.exe process never exits.

just-in-time (JIT) debugging instead of this dialog box.

To enable just-in-time (JIT) debugging, the .config file for this
application or computer (machine.config) must have the
jitDebugging value set in the system.windows.forms section.
The application must also be compiled with debugging
enabled.

For example:

</configuration>

When JIT debugging is enabled, any unhandled exception
will be sent to the JIT debugger registered on the computer
rather than be handled by this dialog box.

I forgot to mention that this bug is for DokanSSHFS running on Windows 7 Home 
Premium
64-bit.
