Dokan Drive Letter Error #213

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Download sshfs-0201226, overwrite DokanNet.dll and DokanSSHFS.exe files by 
dokan-sshfs-0.6.0.
2. Download Dokan 5.0.3
3. Open Dokan SSHFS and connect to Server

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
I would expect to get connected to my server but instead I get to pop up 
messages.
1. sshfs start
2. dokan drive letter error

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
I am on W7 x64

Please provide any additional information below.

I've got the same problem with sshfs-0.6.0 and Dokan 0.6.0 on WinXP x86.

I suffer the same issue with sshfs-0.6.0 in W7 x64
