Upload YouTube video hangs when re-opened and WiFi is not available (Saved ClientID and Secret -> Source in Examples) #59

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Run the YoutubeSample
2. Hardcode the clientId and clientSecret.
3. Sign in with your credentials (allow the app to use Your account).
4. Upload a video (choose video and title -> THIS WORKS FINE).
5. Close the up, re-run it.
6. Turn of WiFi.
6. Repeat step 4.
7. The upload hangs -> no explicit error is displayed.

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
An "Internet connection down" message. The underlying HTTP Fetcher should 
trigger the completion handler with an error. 
Instead the application just hangs -> no error is shown.

Perhaps I'm missing something?
The same issue was encountered when using the library on iOS. In addition if 
the WiFi will be turned back on and the app re-run then it works fine again.

Please provide any additional information below.
