Should update UID to change position? #7

I want to use consistent UID for certain tracks, e.g., view-1-track-1.

However, when I put a track in a different position (e.g., from top to `bottom), the track breaks.

Another example:

  1. go to higlass.io
  2. pick any example that has a *-gene-annotations track
  3. change the position and track type (e.g., from left to bottom and from vertical-gene-annotations to horizontal-gene-annotations
  4. you can see that the track is still vertical

Relevant to HiGlass view config, but we are entirely removing it for now (#26).
