Lions don't spawn #8

What steps will reproduce the problem?
1. Configure the server to allow lions spawning
2. Roam

What is the expected output? What do you see instead?
We expect to see a Lion but it seems they don't spawn.

What is the client mod version ?
1.0.0

What is the server mod version ?
1.0.1

Must be a regression from 1.0.1

A small bug in lion spawner make them die as soon as they spawn
