Write a code ( code/corpus package) that downloads the corpus into data/corpus folder and extract the zip file

Hi Please talk to other corpus builders to make sure you are all in the same page: @PoriNiki , @zahramajd , ??? . I will provide a s3bucket address and you start to work on download code.
