There are 4 possible equipment-based blocking animations. To the available animations, DogBlock or Golem are added, if they trigger a miss. From the resulting 5 animations, only one is selected. If the player is wearing equipment that enables the base 4 animations, then any successful Dog Block or Golem block only has a 1/5 chance of occurring. Interceptor's 50% chance reduces that to 1 in 10 for Dog Block.
