Version 0.7.3 from PyPi fails to install on Ubuntu 18.04. It requires psycopg2==2.6.2, which has a bug in PostgreSQL 10 version detection: https://github.com/psycopg/psycopg2/issues/594. That bug is fixed in version 2.7, which is already in the requirements on the master branch, so releasing to PyPi sould solve this.
