Man kann filter setzen. Eg.

twitter algo: Follows and retweets
reddit algo: sort by up-, downvotes
only see from the ones i follow
invite third party to filter your incoming feed

When i open a bounty and add money, the bounty opener can set the filter. Thats how he sets the payout rules. But anyone who views the outcoming list can filter it differently.

objective: everyone online can vote
subjective: my friends can vote
skin in the friend: USD collateral to insure the vote
friend skin in the friend: personal token collateral
