Devices with Android older than 9 does not gets location updates #3

Describe the bug When using this plugin in a device with Android version lower than 9 (Pie) location updates aren't notified at all.

To Reproduce

  1. Follow the Usage example in README
  2. Try the app on a old device (whit Android 8 or lower)
  3. No location data is notified to the PWA

Expected behavior Location updates from the plugin should be notified.
