Wavetables with more than one table index (in x and y direction, and possibly x, y, z, æ, ø and å)

Output to sysex with one index parameter pr. dimension Output to audio file by

• serializing the waves into one channel |0-0, 0-1, 0-2, 0-3|1-0, 1-1, 1-2, 1-3|2-0, 2-1, 2-2, 2-3|3-0, 3-1, 3-2, 3-3| (addressable by x + y*max_x)
• multichannel, with one wavetable pr channel
• multi file
• a combination of the above
