Please can you be more clear on what exactly you expect to see, but do not?
What do you mean by "Should be able to see the media-preview site in share
site."?

This add-on does not provide a site definition, it merely extends the
capability of the document previews to support video and audio content. From
what you say I think you may have misunderstood what the add-on provides.

Hi,

After i drop the jar file in Alfresco\tomcat\shared\lib i should see the
media preview in dashlets. I am not able to see that in dashlets. Do i need
to do any settings to get into dashlets?

Thanks.

Are any other dashlets working using this installation mechanism? Perhaps you
could try another couple, e.g. the Twitter dashlets?

If you can't see any of the dashlets after installing them (and restarting
Tomcat) then it may be that you Tomcat installation is not configured to use
the shared/lib directory.
