Expecting to see norwegian characters (æøå), but instead the charaters show
up as html encoded text, i.e the work "vært" becomes "vært"

What version of the product are you using? On what operating system?
Running the latest version (new install) of Alfresco Share
version 3.4.0 (d 3370) schema 4113

Please advise which dashlet you are having problems with and also the version
of the dashlet.

the problem is with the site-blog-dashlet, version 0.1
the dashlet is reading html code from the blog and if the blog contains nordic
characters they are presented in html encoding by site-blog-dashlet. The
problem is limited to the body of the blog only, not the title.

after further testing it turns out that the problem is not limited to nordic
characters but any html code in the blog:
steps to reproduce:
1: create new blog
2: in the 1st line of the blog, format the text, i.e color it red, or insert a
line break
3: verify site-blog-dashlet present the content incorrectly (showing html
encoding)
