Remove source representations from seismic-source.md #559

Are you planning to talk about focal mechanisms and beachballs in this subsection?

I think understanding focal mechanisms needs more mathematic background and takes more time. I also don't think we will teach how to plot beachballs in the exercises part. So I think it's safe to remove it (at least temporarily).
