Add a section about Earth models #561

We may need a section about 1D reference Earth models, e.g., PREM, iasp91 and ak135.

I'm closing the issue because:

  1. We already have a subsection showing the 1D layered Earth structure of PREM
  2. Comparing many different 1D reference models is beyond the scope of the beginner's tutorial.
