Simplify the seismic wave section #585

Here is my plan:

  1. Only talk about P, S, Rayleigh and Love waves in the seismic wave section (https://seismo-learn.org/seismology101/seismology/seismic-wave/)
  2. Talk about Earth's layered structure, seismic phase names, and the complex waveforms in the "seismogram" section (https://seismo-learn.org/seismology101/seismology/seismogram/).

So this PR is the first step.
